The Deleye range is a range of innovative, refined desserts for the food service, sold frozen. The range is largely produced at Joriba Bakery Deleye, formerly Deleye Products, which was founded in 1993 by chef patissier Carlos Deleye. In 2009 the company moved to a larger new production site in Mouscron. In 2021 the company was taken over by the Joriba Bakery group, a 100% family bakery group led by the Ide family, with headquarters in the Kortrijk region. Under the Deleye brand, Joriba Bakery wants to continue to inspire with an innovative and high-quality range of patisserie & desserts for the food service industry.

Joriba Bakery Deleye certainly also contributes in the field of sustainability. Since 2014, the company's 5,400m² roof has been fully clad with solar panels. These provide the entire company with green energy. Joriba Bakery also works according to the strictest hygiene standards. Since 2006 the company is IFS certified. Our products are produced in the most hygienic conditions. Each of our employees must comply with the prescribed hygiene measures so that our products can be manufactured in optimum conditions.
From chef-patissier to star chef, Roger van Damme can at least be called an outsider in the culinary world. Since the 1990s, his business Het Gebaar has been an established name in Antwerp, loved for its delicious desserts and original lunch suggestions. Dessert Trophy, Coupe du Monde, Guardian Pastry Award, Chef of the Year, Michelin star and as crown on the work 'BEST PASTRY CHEF OF THE WORLD'. Roger van Damme has meanwhile earned his stripes.
